This section of our Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets offered for sale by costablancaticketshop.com or any of its affiliate sites. The term Costa Blanca Ticket Shop in any paragraph below applies to any site within the Costa Blanca Ticket Shop Group & is legally binding
1- TICKET PRICES
All Prices on our site are in Euro currency and your card will also be charged in Euro currency at the official bank exchange rate at the time of processing.
Processing Fees are zero. Booking Fees are zero.
All prices are shown next to the ticket prices for each product.
Prices of all products are inclusive of all local taxes.
2- DISCOUNTED COMBINATION BOOKINGS
In Some cases, the system will offer the opportunity of adding additional products when the first has been selected, showing the amount to be saved if applicable. At the end of the booking process, vouchers or tickets when applicable for all the attractions will be offered according to the delivery methods available. Attractions booked separately will not be subject to combination discounts. Discounts may not be available on certain products.
3- UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN
Unaccompanied children are not permitted to attend any attraction. Any booking made for an unaccompanied child will be taken as confirmation that the child will be joining a party under the supervision of an adult aged 18 years or older. Neither Costa Blanca Ticket Shop nor its affiliate sites will be held responsible if a child is turned away at the venue, nor will the ticket be refundable.
4- PRICE CHANGES OR CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS
Any price increases imposed by our suppliers or caused by currency fluctuations are applied immediately to the products sold on this site. The price confirmed to you and paid for by you at the time of booking will not be affected by subsequent price changes and your voucher or tickets delivered by Costa Blanca Ticket Shop or any of its affiliate sites will be accepted for admission at the venue regardless of when it was purchased.
5- CONFIRMATION AND ISSUE OF TICKETS
At the end of the payment process, your booking will be confirmed on screen and you will receive a booking confirmation by email, to the email address you used during the booking process. Payment confirmation and hyperlinks to retrieve your E-tickets will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of booking. If you have entered a wrong address or have spam filtering in place (see SPAM below) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain and we will resend payment and ticket confirmations. If you have not received your voucher within a reasonable time, please let us know and a duplicate will be emailed.
Please note that certain products require a confirmation reference from the supplier which we obtain either electronically or manually. This normally happens immediately but occasionally there may be a delay in sending payment confirmation and ticket links to you.Our system therefore has been set so that you cannot book tickets immediately and bookings can only be made 24 hours in advance.
For Instance if you required a ticket for an event for today or tomorrow, it will not be available. It will only be available for the day after tomorrow.
Any bookings received on a Sunday will be not be processed until the Monday.However, you will receive an instant booking confirmation email from our automated system.
6- CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY OF ACTUAL PRINTED TICKET/S
At the end of the payment process, your order will be confirmed on screen and your visit date and mailing details electronically submitted to the supplier for fulfillment.
Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.
Upon confirmation from the supplier of the event you payment confirmation and .pdf ticket link will also be sent to you by Email.
In the unlikely event that the supplier cannot accept you booking, and alternative date will be offered, and if that is not acceptable to you your card will not be charged and the booking cancelled by our system.
We will inform you of this by email.
7- TICKET PRINTING – PRESENTATION
You the end user undertake responsibility to print off the E-tickets, via the link in the payment confirmation email.
Cost Blanca Ticket Shop have made them as printer friendly as possible.
There is one ticket per person, please ensure you print all these tickets off.
Should you not have access to a printer then they must be saved to your mobile device,
along with the original payment confirmation and .pdf link email.
All tickets must be shown either in hard copy or by mobile device before you can enter any venue or participate in any event booked via Costa Blanca Ticket Shop.
All tickets are uniquely numbered and bar coded and the supplier has full details of these ticket numbers.

Any fraudulent attempt to reuse or reproduce these tickets will leave you open to prosecution.
8- LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
In all cases actual hard copy tickets cannot be re-issued if lost or stolen We can only resend the payment confirmation and pdf ticket link for you to print off or save to your mobile device.
9- PAYMENT BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
We accept payment by most major credit & debit cards with a TPV / POS provided by BBVA, Spain.
The payment process in made manually by Costa Blanca Ticket Shop, this so we have the opportunity in some cases to check with event organisers that there are still places available for your desired booking.
Payment is not taken if your chosen event is not available on the day / date requested. We will however, offer you an alternative date in such circumstances.
By making payment by credit or debit card you will have to accept our ‘Terms & Conditions’ on the booking form and will be bound to those terms and conditions.
* If the main card number, expiry date has been entered incorrectly, the booking cannot be processed.
If we have to ask again for correct or alternative card details, an administration fee of 2.50 Euro will be applied per booking, not per person.
10- YOUR CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Costa Blanca Ticket Shop will not and never does ask for your CVV / CVC number (the 3 digit security code from the back of your card) – As card security & your data protection is just as important to you as it is to us. Card details are never stored on our server or an any local machine.
Once you payment is processed & you booking is completed and E-tickets are sent to you, your card details are wiped.

Please note that generally our tickets are non-changeable and non refundable and we are restricted by the terms and conditions of the Supplier. However, we do understand that occasionally amendments and cancellations are unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate the client’s requirements. The important issue is to advise us in writing (e-mail) at the very earliest opportunity for us to be able to assess the situation and assist where we can.
Amendments are not usually possible but if amendment is possible, there will be a charge of Euro 2.00 applied to each change per booking.
No amendments after the date printed on the ticket will be accepted.
Please note that generally our tickets are non-changeable and non refundable and we are restricted by the terms and conditions of the Supplier. However, we do understand that occasionally amendments and cancellations are unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate the client’s requirements.
The important issue is to advise us in writing (e-mail) at the very earliest opportunity for us to be able to assess the situation and assist where we can In the event that we are able to assist then the following will apply:
12a- CANCELLATIONS BY THE VENUE OR ORGANSIERS OF EVENTS
When we receive last minute prior notification, that an event or venue has cancelled, we expect the organisers of that particular event or venue tobe resonsible for handling any notifications and to decide whether or not they will issue a refund.
In the event of the Costa Blanca Ticket Shop, deciding a refund due to any unforeseen circumstances. Then any refunds will be made by us to your bank account, as we do not store any card details on our systems.

13- CANCELLATION OF TICKETED BOOKINGS
Cancellations within 7 days of the date printed on the ticket.
These are subject to the supplier’s own terms & conditions and will need to be referred back to the supplier or attraction and will incur cancellation charges as levied by the supplier or attraction. Plus a Costa Blanca Ticket Shop own charge of Euro 5.00
With all supplier confirmation bookings, cancellation within 48 hrs of the date printed on the voucher are not eligible for a refund, although it may sometimes be possible to issue credit for use on https://costablancaticketshop.com
Furthermore a number of our suppliers have stipulations that prohibit cancellations and refunds. In such instances Costa Blanca Ticket Shop would be unable to offer a cancellation.
In all cases no cancellations after the date printed on the voucher will be accepted.
14- DATA PROTECTION
Costa Blanca Ticket Shop will not pass on any of your details to any third part unless we have specifically requested your permission and you have agreed or it is absolutely necessary when fulfillment of any or all of the booking is by a third party. In these rare cases you will clearly be advised at the time of booking. If you choose to ‘opt in’ to our mailing list, we undertake that this list is not passed to, or shared, with any other company.
You may ‘opt out’ of our mailing list at any time.
Confirmation of your booking is sent to the email address which you enter at the time of making your booking. However, if you have spam filtering on your email account, our email might not get to you. Before starting your booking, please add our domain costablancaticketshop.com to your list of trusted domains, sometimes referred to as the safe list, to ensure that the email with your voucher links reaches you.
15- SITE ERRORS
If a product is loaded or displayed in error, be it human error or technical error, on the Costa Blanca Ticket Shop website, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any bookings made for these products before the visit date booked, as is our right under Spanish law. Where possible we will try and offer an alternative.
16- BOOKING CONDITIONS
Costa Blanca Ticket Shop tickets/vouchers and those of its affiliates are sold subject to availability in the case of request bookings and subject to the Terms and Conditions imposed by our supplier.
Neither Costa Blanca Ticket Shop nor its affiliates will be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by Costa Blanca Ticket Shop or its affiliates and has no control over our suppliers and cannot be held responsible for any act or omission of our suppliers or their servants, agents or employees.
Neither Costa Blanca Ticket Shop nor its affiliates can be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing whether caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, National or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of performances, Shows, Sporting Events, Tours or temporary or permanent close down of Attractions made by our suppliers for any reason whatsoever or other force majeure *.
In no circumstances whatsoever shall Costa Blanca Ticket Shop or any of its affiliate sites be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, any liability of Costa Blanca Ticket Shop and that of its affiliates shall be limited to the price paid for the tickets/vouchers.
Neither Costa Blanca Ticket Shop nor its affiliates have any control over the Theme Parks / Attractions / Entertainments / Shows / Restaurants / Sporting Events / Tours and all details and descriptions in relation thereto are for guidance only and have been provided to Costa Blanca Ticket Shop and affiliates by our Suppliers and copied Costa Blanca Ticket Shop and its affiliates for your information as accurately as possible.
Neither Costa Blanca Ticket Shop nor any of its affiliate sites accept liability for any inaccuracy in the information contained on this or any affiliate website, which may be altered at any time without prior notice and also reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the offers as published in this website.
